Refund Policy

Free Services

Counselling sessions, profile assessments, and university shortlisting are provided free of charge. No refund is applicable as no payment is taken.

Visa Refusal

In the event of a visa refusal on a file we prepared, we refund our service fee in full. Government visa application fees paid to immigration authorities are non-refundable by us as these are collected by the respective governments.

Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels before we have submitted any application on their behalf, a full refund of any service fee paid is issued within 7 working days. If cancellation occurs after submission, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.

How to Request a Refund

Email office@vnextoverseas.com with your name, service details, and reason. We process all valid refund requests within 14 working days.
